Pricing ScheduleWhen a customer approaches us to write a website, one of the first questions they ask is, "How much will this cost?" That's difficult to answer because cost depends on what you are looking for. Generally speaking, the following schedule will meet your needs regardless of the complexity of the site: Website Development: This includes writing the HTML coding, scripting, graphics, posting to the internet (or if you prefer, giving you the files to post), and initial search engine submission. This is charged at a rate of $85.00 per hour. Website Maintenance: If you choose a package deal with web hosting, you receive one hour of free maintenance per month. Most sites usually require about 2 hours per month for maintenance and search engine submissions ... we submit your site each month to the major search engines. You also have access to a real-time live statistics program that helps you follow visits, hits, etc. This program is free when you use our hosting program, and instruction is included. The fee to perform Site Maintenance is $25.00 per hour - charged in 15 minute increments. Website Management: For the novice, website management can become very difficult and overwhelming in a short period of time. Our professionals manage your website for search engine optimization and cross-browser compatibility, perform research and recommend effective links, and make recommendations on how to utilize your website to balance your overall marketing plan. Our goal is to help you develop a strong and dynamic internet presence. This cost is $45.00 per hour with a 12-month contract. Website Redesign: Believe it or not, sometimes it costs more to redesign a site rather than build a new one. For a site to be redesigned - we charge the same as for writing a new one. Custom CGI/PL/PHP/ASP Scripting: Custom scripts are defined as scripts that are written or modified. This will be charged at a rate of $85.00 per hour. The client will be notified and agree to the estimated cost prior to work beginning. If this work is outsourced 50% of the estimate will be required prior to the start of the job. Domain Registration: $15.00 per year. Other Programs: We also develop screensavers, graphics, panoramic pictures, brochures, logos, press releases and various desktop publishing tasks. Per project costs varies, but averages at about $25.00 per hour. Typing -- is a negotiated price prior to the beginning of the job and 50% is due prior to the work beginning. |

On more than one occassion we have had a client that decided they knew more about our business than we did and the results were less than they wanted.
